Jane has over 26 years experience in the education and training
field and has been online since 1994.
She established HCT in 1993 to cater for home and office users
wanting to train in their own environment on their own equipment.
She also teaches computer studies at RMIT University and has tutored
at Melbourne University in the computer education department as
well as various neighbourhood learning centres.
Jane is able to cater for diverse ranges in training; from the
absolute beginner through to the advanced user. She is very patient
and aims her lessons to the needs and levels of her clients.
Jane has three children under 6 and consequently she is managing
HCT from her home. She only manages to train on the odd ocassion
but she endeavours to maintain the high standards expected of her
through her friendly and qualified contract trainers and technicians.
Greg Moore
Software Application Trainer

Training and Assessment.
Greg has over 30 years experience in the education & training
field and has been involved with computers in education for over
22 years. He has been online since 1996 and has an extensive knowledge
of web-based activities.
He is a competent user of both Macintosh and PC systems and has
extensive knowledge of Mac OS set up, training and troubleshooting.
He has worked for a Commonwealth Government agency, developing multimedia
educational resources.
He currently runs his own business delivering computer training
to small business and private clients, as well as for “University
of the Third Age” students at RMIT University. He is a great
listener and a very patient teacher and is able to tailor his sessions
to meet the specific needs of his clients.
Greg has a broad range of experience including skills around word
processing, presentations, spreadsheets, digital photography, scanning,
image manipulation, web browsing, email, web publishing, chat and
virtual reality panoramas.
He can provide personalised training on software titles such as:
MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and
Macintosh titles such as: AppleWorks, iPhoto, iMovie, iChat, iTunes,
Keynote, Graphic Converter, Claris Home Page, Mail and QTVR Authoring
Studio.
Bruce Saunders

Bruce has had over 28 years experience as a computer systems engineer.
He is able to setup and repair Typesetting Systems (High End Desktop
Publishing Systems).
Bruce has been training in many fields for over 25 years from
and caters for customers from home offices to major Newspapers.
Bruce is our resident MAC expert.
Bruce is also an authorised Apple Solutions Reseller. He will be
able to help you with almost any MAC problem.
He is currently teaching Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Quark
Express, Adobe GoLive and Corel at RMIT University.

Kym Bell-Goodwin

Kym Bell-Goodwin has over 20 years experience working as a bookkeeper
predominately using MYOB, in a wide variety of industries (advertising,
printing, promotions, construction, plumbing and maintenance, steel
fabrication, aromatherapy, direct selling and restaurants)
Specializing in SME arena, she has extensive understanding for
what your requirements are when it comes to training yourself and
your staff.
Kym is able to come onsite or work from her home to assist you
