Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard, VISA). Please note that all credit card payments incur an additional 5% surcharge. Your payment is required at your first training session if you are purchasing block periods of time, or each session if you are paying by the hour. Please advise if you will be paying by credit card at the time of your booking. Receipts and tax invoices can be issued to you by your trainer at your training session. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours then the normal hourly rate will be charged. If the trainer is required to do any research or work outside the times they actually visit you then the normal hourly rate will be charged. HCT also offer 3 FREE over the phone or email support for established clients. Phone calls thereafter incur your standard hourly rate and will be invoiced either at your next training session, or monthly (whichever comes first).
